General Information about Indore

Indore is a city in West central india. It is also called mini mumbai of India. it is the most populous and largest city of Madhya Pradesh in India. It is also considered as an educational hub of the state. The city is distributed over a land area of just 530 square kilometres (200 sq mi), making Indore the most densely populated major city in the central province. Indore financial district, based in central indore, function as the financial capital of Madhya Pradesh and is home to the Madhya Pradesh exchange stock.
Indore has been selected as one of the 100 Indian cities to be developed as smart city under the Smart City Mission. It also qualified the first round of Smart Cities Mission and was selected as one of the first twenty cities to be developed as Smart Cities. Indore has been part of Swachh Survekshan since its inception and had ranked 25th in 2016. It has been ranked as India's cleanest city four years in a row as per the Swachh Survekshan for the years 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020.
In indore there are many famous places like Khajrana Ganesh Temple, Devi ahilya vishwavidyalaya, Holkar stadium, Regional park, Sarrafa market, Rajwada market, Airport, and many more. Indore also very famous for it's delicious food like dal baati, poha jalebi, samosa kachori, street food etc. The transport service is very good in indore for students and working person many city buses and i-buses are running whole day. If someone comes here once, do not take the name of going back. The people of indore are very humble and supportive. It is one of the safest place to live in India.
